Information you provide
The short enquiry form collects your name, company name, phone number and shipment description. We also record your consent, submission time, page and language. Email, request type and subject are not separate fields in this form; if you provide them in a message or contact us by email, they may form part of your correspondence. Please do not include sensitive personal data or confidential documents in an initial enquiry.
Purpose of processing
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, communicate about business matters and carry out a preliminary review of your request. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to advertising or create a contract.
Storage and access
Enquiries are emailed from zayavki@nusvia.id to info@nusvia.id through IDCloudHost’s Zimbra email service. A backup copy and delivery status are stored on the website server, with access restricted to operators and people handling enquiries. Failed email attempts are retried automatically. The data directory is not accessible through the public website. No CRM is used.
Retention and requests
Information should be retained only as long as needed for the purposes of the enquiry and any applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact info@nusvia.id to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw your consent. Requests will be considered in light of applicable requirements. The site operator can delete local test records when testing is complete.
Cookies and local storage
No analytics, marketing pixels or third-party tracking scripts are installed. The site stores your consent preference in your browser’s local storage under nusvia-consent-v1 for up to 180 days. It records the preference version, selection and timestamp so the banner does not reappear on every page. This necessary preference does not identify you. Analytics and marketing categories are currently unused and remain disabled. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer or clear browser storage to change your choice. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice lasts for the current page only.
Technical protection
The server temporarily rate-limits form requests using the connection address. Rate-limit entries remain in memory for up to 15 minutes; the address is not included in the saved enquiry. The web server also records technical information such as IP address, time, requested page, response status and browser type for security and troubleshooting. Logs are rotated automatically and access is restricted to site administration. Fonts, scripts and images are served by this website.
External services and updates
WhatsApp and email links open external services or your chosen email application. Information you send through those services is subject to their policies. This policy will be updated if hosting, enquiry delivery or data processing changes.
